1: Why is a Deposit required?A deposit is required in case of damage to the vehicle or some other very unusual eventuality.
A minimum deposit is required on all vehicles;- £500 for all over age of 25 years
- £750 if hirer under age 25 years
2: What is the Age Limit for hiring a vehicle?The Age Limit is between 22 and 70 years, with a full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year at the time of hire. Minibus drivers must be over 22 years, and with a minimum of 2 years holding a full driving licence. All drivers must of course be deemed competent to drive the vehicle of their choice.
3: Is Fuel Included in the hire price?No. All rates quoted are exclusive of fuel.
4: Can another person drive the vehicle?Yes, we can add additional drivers to the hire agreement.
5: Can I take the hired vehicle abroad?Yes, but we need to know that when the vehicle is reserved.
6: What documents will I need to provide in order to
hire a car or van?Both parts of the driving license, two utility bills, Credit/Debit Card
7: Are there mileage limits?No. Rental charges include Unlimited mileage within the UK
8: Is it a full to full tank?No - empty to empty
9: Can I extend the rental period??Yes, the rental can be extended at any time, but please inform us as soon as you know this will be required.
10: What happens if the hire vehicle gets damaged?We provide breakdown cover with all the vehicles. In case of a break down you need to call the office and we will arrange assistance.
Please note however that breakdowns are a very rare occurence as all our vehicles are checked before hire and are always maintained to the highest standards.
11: Does the rental price include VAT?Yes, all prices quoted include VAT at the standard rate.
12: Do you provide child seats?Yes, child seats are provided upon request. Please specify the age and height of your children in order that the correct seat(s) can be made available to you.
13: Do you provide SAT NAV?Yes, Satellite Navigation systems are available for most of our car and Vehicle rentals.
14: What form of payments do you accept?We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards excluding American Express. You can also pay by cash or bankers draft, but unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques.
NOTE: You can also pay on Account and we arrange Contract Hire for companies and organisations. Please call on 0208 840 3169 for further information of our Account and Contract Hire facilities.
15: What areas do you cover?We can provide you a vehicle anywhere in the UK or Europe, but if you wish to pick your vehicle up from our Ealing, West London Showroom, then we are most convenient to the following locations:
